Most recently, she was an elementary principal and a junior high principal in a local district.

Elizabeth Kregel, Ph.D.  Elizabeth has been working in the field of education for fourteen years and has experience in middle school, high school, and higher education. She has served as a literacy coach, English teacher, assistant principal, academic coach, and professor in diverse settings that include public schools, private schools, and charter schools. Elizabeth’s Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction and Educational Leadership focused on new teacher retention and student engagement. Her doctoral work focused on the social, emotional, and academic needs of gifted students.

Staci McDaniel has close to 20 years’ experience as a curriculum specialist & coach in urban education. Staci is data-driven and has a proven track record in identifying and closing the achievement gaps for schools, particularly in math. She is passionate about working alongside teachers to raise achievement levels of students. She was named the 2020 recipient of the Ohio Council for Teachers of Math award for NE Ohio and is a national speaker for math education.

Melissa has worked with teachers at multiple levels from preschool, elementary, and student teachers in both public and private schools. Her Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Master’s Degree in Urban Educational Administration has supported her roles in educational consulting and training. She is an Ohio Approved, Step Up to Quality instructor and has presented at the Northwest Ohio STEM conference and the Ohio Chapter of the NAEYC.

Heather Townley is a UDL Coach specializing in Gifted Education who works with families and school staff to support gifted student.  Heather has worked with junior high students, high school students, and adults in the multiple education setting. Heather has experience in both brick and mortar schools and online schools. She is a certified Resident Educator mentor/facilitator and managed the mentor program at a statewide online school. Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s certificate in online and blended learning.
